In which countries can I use countX to register VAT IDs and submit returns?
We currently offer our service for 16 European countries. These include Poland, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Austria and several others. Feel free to contact us if you need the complete list.
How long takes the registration process of a USt. ID?
This depends very much on the individual countries and also how quickly you can provide the required documents in full. On average, however, you should expect a period of 6-8 weeks.
Can countX also support me in open and retroactive VAT cases abroad?

When are countX packages and services billed?
The Basic, Premium and Enterprise packages are billed monthly, starting on the first day of the month after the start of the contract. VAT reports and other services will only be billed once a valid VAT ID is available.
Which payment methods are available for the payment of invoices?
For the payment of the invoice you have the possibility of SEPA direct debit as well as credit card.
