You have the following rights with respect to the personal data concerning you:
Summary:
Detailed Rights:
Exceptions:
The right to erasure does not apply where processing is necessary:
When processing personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual measures.
If processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and such interests are not overridden by the interests, fundamental rights, or freedoms of the data subject, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation that applies to our company, Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR is the legal basis.
In cases where processing is necessary to protect vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, Art. 6 (1)(d) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
Where we obtain consent from the data subject for processing operations, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR is the legal basis.
When using the website purely for informational purposes — i.e., if you do not register or otherwise provide information — we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server to display the website and ensure its stability and security. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Logfiles are stored to ensure the functionality of the website. Additionally, they help us optimize the website and safeguard the security of our IT systems. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
In the case of log file storage, this is generally the case after seven days. Extended storage is possible, but in such cases, IP addresses are deleted or anonymized so that identification of the accessing client is no longer possible.
In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies may be stored on your device when you use our website.
We use technically necessary cookies for the purposes of security and the technical operation of the website. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
These cookies are usually deleted after you log out or close your browser.
We also use cookies for the purposes of analyzing usage behavior or for marketing purposes. These cookies are deleted after a predetermined period.
Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Otherwise, processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.
You can delete cookies stored on your device at any time via your browser settings.
You can also configure your browser to automatically delete cookies when closing or to reject cookies altogether.
Please note that some functions of our website may not work properly without cookies.
We use third-party services to make our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure.
This includes the use of analytics tools to analyze user behavior and improve our web offering.
Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, the use of analytics tools is based on the legal basis of legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. This applies especially when the data is collected in a pseudonymized manner and the provider does not use the data for its own purposes.
We use various services on our website from Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland – a company registered and operating under Irish law (registration number: 368047).
The use of Google services only occurs after your informed consent under Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.
Google may store cookies on your device in connection with the services and functions used. The information generated by these cookies (e.g., about your use of the website) may be transferred to a server in the USA and stored there. This may also include your IP address. As a rule, your IP address will be anonymized before being stored. Google is certified under the “Data Privacy Framework”. The transfer takes place under the adequacy decision according to Art. 45 GDPR.

We use Google Analytics to analyze and continuously improve the use of our website. The statistics collected help us improve our offering and make it more relevant to users. We use Google Analytics with the extension anonymizeIp(). This means that IP addresses are shortened before being processed, eliminating any direct personal reference. If the data collected can still be linked to a person, this is immediately excluded and deleted.
This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device tracking of user flows via a User ID. You can disable this analysis in your customer account under “My Data” > “Personal Data”.
We use Google Ads to draw attention to our website on third-party websites or search engines.
As part of this, we use Google Ads Remarketing. This allows users of our website to be shown interest-based ads across the Google advertising network. Google uses cookies to recognize a browser on a specific device. We do not receive any information that personally identifies users.
We also use conversion tracking. If you click on a Google ad, a conversion tracking cookie is set. Each Google Ads customer receives a unique cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of different Ads customers. The data collected helps Google generate conversion statistics. We do not receive personally identifiable information in this process.
We use Google Tag Manager. This tool allows us to efficiently manage “tags” (small pieces of code) on our website and helps us implement other Google services more easily.
We use Google Maps to display interactive maps directly on our website, allowing convenient use of the mapping function. When you access a page with a map, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage. We have no control over the data transmitted.
We embed videos from the YouTube platform, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We use YouTube in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). This prevents YouTube from placing cookies until the video is actively played. Only once a video is played will data be transferred to YouTube (e.g., IP address, device type, page access).
If you have consented to marketing cookies via our cookie banner, this data transfer is based on Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie banner.
